The equipment mainly composed of raw material storage system, batching weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, gas phase balance system, packaging system and dust removal system. Main control system according to the selected process recipe make manufacture order. System extracts raw materials according to the ratio from the storage bins automatically. Raw materials enter the transition bin and agravic high-efficiency mixer after counter weight which achieve fast mixing operation . Reaching the mixing precision, finished mortar conveyed to have second mixing function finished bin and enter the automatic filling process. The newly designed automatic packaging machine performs regular quantitative filling operations as required, greatly improving the output efficiency. Working principle of the equipment is that the relatively rotating spindle drives the paddle rotation and throws the material to the space level in a certain angle.
